U.S. SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

Enter for a chance to be one of three (3) winners to receive Keren Bartov’s three bestselling products in The Radiance Starter Kit, plus a Keren Bartov Gua Sha and Beauty Bag — a prize package valued at over $500 USD.

Sweepstakes Period: October 9, 2026 – October 15, 2026

Your participation in the Keren Bartov Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Keren Bartov Advanced Skin Care LTD (“Keren Bartov” or “Sponsor”), operator of the Keren Bartov US website.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Keren Bartov and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, as well as their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on October 9, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s designated server clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must visit the designated Keren Bartov Sweepstakes landing page, complete the Keren Bartov skincare quiz, and submit a valid email address through the designated entry form.

By submitting an email address and opting in to receive marketing communications, entrants agree to receive email marketing communications from Keren Bartov in accordance with the disclosures provided at the time of entry and Keren Bartov’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in Keren Bartov marketing emails.

No purchase is required to enter or win.

Only the method of entry set forth in these Official Rules will be accepted. All entries must be received by Keren Bartov before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, modified or cancelled. Keren Bartov is not responsible for lost, late, misplaced, incomplete, incorrect or undelivered entries, and such entries may be deemed invalid.

Entries become the property of Keren Bartov and will not be returned.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZES

Three (3) winners will each receive a Keren Bartov prize package consisting of:

• One (1) The Radiance Starter Kit, featuring three Keren Bartov bestselling products, with a regular retail value of $466 USD

• One (1) Keren Bartov Gua Sha, with a retail value of $35 USD

• One (1) Keren Bartov Beauty Bag

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize package exceeds $500 USD. There will be a total of three (3) prize packages awarded, with a combined prize value exceeding $1,500 USD.

No transfer, cash redemption or other substitution of a prize is permitted, except that Keren Bartov reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or component of a prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prizes consist only of the items specifically identified above. Keren Bartov will not replace any prize that is lost or stolen after it has been delivered to a winner. Limit one (1) prize per individual or household.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Three (3) potential winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The potential winners will be selected and notified by email on or before October 21, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Each potential winner must respond to the winner notification and provide any information reasonably requested by Keren Bartov to verify eligibility and facilitate delivery of the prize.

If a potential winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the winner notification, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may forfeit the prize and Keren Bartov may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners following completion of any required verification. Keren Bartov’s decisions regarding administration of the Sweepstakes, eligibility and awarding of prizes are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees that Keren Bartov may use the winner’s name and other information reasonably necessary to announce the winner in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

Nothing in these Official Rules requires an entrant to submit photographs, videos, social media posts or other user-generated content.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Keren Bartov regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Keren Bartov, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.

In no event will Keren Bartov be liable for any direct, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so portions of the above limitation may not apply.

Each winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly included in the prize description.

Keren Bartov reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

Any attempt by an entrant to tamper with the entry process, obtain entries through fraudulent means, gain an unfair advantage or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.

PRIVACY AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with Keren Bartov’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

As part of the Sweepstakes entry process, entrants will be asked to provide an email address and opt in to receive Keren Bartov email marketing communications. Marketing communications may be unsubscribed from at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in Keren Bartov emails.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acknowledgment of these Official Rules and Keren Bartov’s Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and any matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified by Sponsor, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
