PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Due to the sensitive nature of our advanced skin care products, we are unable to offer any refunds once a product has been delivered to you.  

With our advanced skin care range even unopened products may suffer significant damage if not stored strictly in accordance with our guidelines.  

We will, of course, replace any products that are damaged while being shipped to you.

At KEREN BARTOV ADVANCED SKINCARE, we prioritize the safety, quality, and hygiene of all our products to ensure the best experience for our customers. As such, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Non-Returnable Items
   For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following items:  
   - Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging.  
   - Skincare items, personal care products, and any devices that are not new in box and in a resalable condition.  

2. Conditions for Returns
   To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:  
   - The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.  
   - The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.  
   - Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is provided.  

3. Exceptions
   In cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will provide a replacement or refund.  
   - Photographic evidence of the issue must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.  

4. Process for Returns
   If your product meets the return conditions stated above, please contact our customer service team at SUPPORT@KERENBARTOV.COM.  
   - We will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.  
   - Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.  

5. Refunds
   Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.  

6. Hygiene Commitment 
   To protect the health and safety of all our customers, we adhere strictly to this policy. We thank you for understanding the importance of maintaining the integrity of our skincare and device products.
